Payment and delivery




Orders placed and confirmed can be picked up and paid at:

Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 17:00


Nova Poshta pickup from the office:

Delivery time: 1-3 business days after ordering.

The package is delivered to the office you specified (delivery cost from 45 UAH)

Nova Poshta courier targeted delivery of the parcel to the address you specified (delivery cost from 65 UAH)

To receive the parcel, you will need to present your passport and the number of the consignment note, which we will send you on the day of dispatch.


Upon delivery to the branch, the order is stored at the pick-up point for no more than 5 business days (except Sundays, non-working and holidays), taking into account the day the item was received at the Recipient’s branch.

For storage from the 6th working day (except Sunday, non-working days and holidays), an additional charge (minimum 10 UAH/day) is charged for working days (except Sunday, non-working and holidays days) taking into account the day of receipt of the shipment at the Recipient’s office.


How to order:

  1. Select the product you like and click on the add to cart button.
  2. Next, either continue shopping or go to the shopping cart (icon in the upper right corner of the site).
  3. Check the quantity and product name before final checkout.
  4. Place an order, for this you will need to provide your full name, phone number, shipping address and email.
  5. Order by phone possible.


There are two forms of payment: bank transfer and cash on delivery:

  • bank transfer – 100% prepayment. Payment can be made through the cash desk of any bank, Privat24 sendmoney or bass terminal. In this case, you pay only for delivery services.
  • LiqPay, according to the instructions in the payment field.
  • cash on delivery. In this case, you pay a commission for cash on delivery and delivery services (each carrier has an individual tariff for this service) .

Exchange, return of goods:

(Products of proper quality are included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange or return (Addendum No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the protection consumer rights” dated March 19, 1994 No. 172)

– Product of inadequate quality;

– The content of the parcel does not match the order nomenclature (with a violation of the assortment, quantity, completeness), but on the condition that:

1) the product has not been used and has no signs of use,

2) the product is fully completed and its original packaging is preserved, 3) the product was purchased in our online store.

Claims are accepted within 3 working days after receiving the goods. Send a free-form claim with a photo to, specifying:

  • discrepancy descriptions
  • order dates and numbers
  • Name of recipient
  • contact number specified when ordering

After considering the claim within 1-3 working days, our manager will contact you to clarify further actionsii.

Attention! Claims are accepted only in writing to the specified mail for the purpose of documentation!


The funds are returned by bank transfer to the details specified in the claim.

When paying for an order using a bank card, a refund is possible only to the bank card from which the payment was made. Refunds are made within 5 working days after the return of the goods.
